+1; although it might be hard to test-ride a Windsor/Motobecane/Mercier as I don't know of any shops that sell them. Further, I wouldn't buy a "used" Windsor/Motobecane/Mercier for the same price you could get a new one from bikesdirect.com.
Heh, go test-ride the one on Craigslist and if you like it, buy a new one online.
