I'm way old school Mac. I remember when it was called Aldus Pagemaker, SuperPaint was the bomb, a 24-bit video card would set you back almost a grand, and a 17" monitor weighed almost 50 pounds.
At one point, I became a gaming junkie, going so far as to build an overclocked silent gaming PC with a Japanese anodized aluminum case and dual RAID. Luckily, I came to my senses. Computers are tools, not ends in themselves. I'm 100% Mac again, and spend all my time on the computer *using* it, and almost no time managing it.
