Has anyone tried the E-V Sunny?

I accidentally ran across this bike while searching for some old-school wheel covers for polo (to prevent mallet induced spoke snapping).

I'm not really into electric, but a quick search of the forum didn't turn up any matches for this one, so I thought I'd ask. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? This picture looks a little too clean, I don't see wires or anything, but they could be run along the far side of the frame, or internally I guess.

Let me know what you think.

I can't imagine the wheels would charge well when the bike is being ridden, as they'd be at an off angle to the sun.
