Hoping for some help here. I'm admittedly road bike illiterate, but I'm trying to get into it with a used bike. A chap nearby is selling a 2000 Giant TCR2 (I think it's a 2000 - frame looks exactly like this one) with Campy Veloce group set (he installed this himself) of approximately the same age (or slightly newer - it's a 9-speed double) - I can't recall the brand of the wheelset but it wasn't something common that I would remember. Everything seems to be in excellent shape with no obvious marks indicating any impacts have been suffered.

I know it's not very much information, but would any of you experienced in such things be able to give me a rough ballpark of what something like this would be worth? I gather the MSRP for a new TCR2 is around $1500 or so (bearing in mind things are slightly more expensive in Canada) although it's tough to compare since I think the Campy Veloce grouppo is arguably better than what comes on a stock TCR2. Any advice would be appreciated!
