I got stung in the mouth once while going down a hill. that was nice. Also another time I had my sunglasses up in helmet and forgot to put them on coming down the Angeles Crest Highway somewhere in the low 30mph range. I didnt get stung, but a bubble bee or similar size insect hit me in the eye. It was like getting hit with a bean bag at 30mph. I was stunned and couldnt see out of that eye. I try to remember the sun glasses now.
