hello, my name is John and im from northeasern Pa. i got my first serious road bike last year, an older trek 520 touring bike as a gift from my uncle. this christmas, he gave me his old cannondale caad3 team seaco replica. i try to average around 75 miles a week, although i've been pretty bad this week due to the heat. i like to go fast, and the cannondale makes that practically effortless. I'm thinking of getting a set of clipless pedals, does anyone have any suggestions?
