You didnt ask which one was ugly.
I dont think either hub is made for 'jumping curbs' and i doubt you should do it with either.
Theyll both roll ultra smooth. The Dura ace will be faster, if you care.
I say get the DA... because i think Phil's are ugly and cost more.
