Well considering your location, it's not THAT high. If you love that color, I'd offer a tad less and see if the seller bites. Chances are this was contract-built by some outfit like Billato (just guessing) and if it's Columbus SL or better then it's worth about $300 for a NOS Italian frame/fork. You might find a lower price if you don't require NOS and can settle on a less-than-Masi brandname. If you look-see or buy it: tell us what brand those dropouts are, they look a little "different".
