Yes, the data is rather incomplete - I scored a 28 but it's missing quite a few locations in the area including several convenience stores and half a dozen shopping centers which means it excludes a good number of stores and a movie theater which would at least triple my score if not more.
I entered my previous residence I just moved from and it also scored a relatively low 45 - and again it's excluding a large number of resources in the area.
Oh well.
