I've really liked Wheel and Sprocket (an eBay outfit) and GoBikeSomewhere.com. Both accept credit cards and Paypal. They're small outfits, and they ship really, really fast. Additionally, Greg at Superspokes.com is a great guy--easy to deal with--though I don't think he takes Paypal.
