It says "Record" on one side of the stem, "3ttt" on the other.
"mm115" on one side of the quill, "Italy" on the other.
The clamp bolt and the stem bolt seems to take a 7mm allen head.
Don't let anyone fool you, you were taken to the cleaners. I will pay you $10 for your trouble and lesson learned.
