Help me on out. I recently...acquired an old set of road brakes.

Can anybody tell me anything about them, especially from what era/generation they are and what they might be worth?
I got them, for some unknown reason, off a beat up old norco 10-speed locked up since forever in my neighbour's backyard. The rest of the components on the bike were crap, though....strange.

Have a look, I KNOW they need cleaning...I will, I will...
