I do not understand how Wippermann chains got such a reputation. <shakes head>

I have yet to install one on a bike that didn't make it shift worse that the chain that was on it. And I'm not talking about worn out stuff. I'm fond of experimenting with chains, so I seldom wear one out. I've tried a couple of Wippermanns. They turn my nice-shifting bike into chain-throwing poo.

Give me a KMC anyday. I've yet to see the equal of their chains in any price category....
