Just went for a 50 miler on a well broken in Brooks (600+ miles) yesterday. I just tightened the tensioner bolt about 3/4 turn to get it back to proper because I was starting to get some hammocking going on with it, and was pitching forward in the saddle due to that.
It was very comfortable again, but it is necessary every once in a while to stand up and allow some unrestricted circulation to your dangly bits. Not just with a leather saddle, either... do it on any ride of longer distance, because you can lose some circulation even with a padded cut-out saddle.
