I'm just wondering what others have given up to keep cycling. I ask in the context that you have little money to begin with and sold a few items to buy a bike, or you came upon hard times financially and sold a few items before selling your bike. Did you say adios to the tv, cell phone, perhaps even your car? Have you sold a prized possession such as a very collectible item you've had for years to afford a new wheel set? Did you give the girlfriend the boot? Let's hear it. I've got some sports collectibles I've had since I was 4 that I don't really need anymore.
