He's coming up the ramp which is all wet from sprinklers watering the sidewalk. On a mountain bike, so struggling to get up and flailing all around. His path looks like ~ and down he goes. I had just passed him, so didn't bother to stop. It was a slow speed fall anyway. Unbelievable.
