Unrelated topic, why can't you Americans adopt the metric system? Fahrenheit makes no bloody sense.
Water freezes at 0°C and boils at 100°C not 32°F, 212°F.
Farenheit gives us 180 degrees to work with between freezing and boiling, not just 100. We like precision
