I've had orders make it within a week and I've had one that took 15 days. I placed an order this morning and much to my surprise I just got an email stating they have already shipped it. 
Part of the fun of buying from PBK is waiting for the mailman to deliver the blue bag. 
+1 - the other part of the fun is knowing you just scored a deal that is better than just about anything Stateside in the process....and it's real...with no catch.
