I have one of those too. We were riding along about 22mph on a nice flat, part of a TT route. We overtake a couple of 1/2 bikes and pass them by saying hello as we zipped by. I hear "Tandem, hook on" from one of the 1/2 bike riders. All of a sudden my neck snaps back as we go from 22 to 28 to 30mph. I didn't say anything until it was certain they were eating our dust in the distance. I then asked her what happened. She said "they had to earn it and they couldn't hang". Oh well, what can you say to that. Gotta love em.
