The Lotto team rode Litespeed in the 2002 Tour.



As far as speculation why you don't see them much in the Pro circuit, one reporter stated its because titanium bikes tend to be American made, and the Euro sponsored teams gravitate toward Euro bikes.

But as mentioned, Litespeed has been in the Tour several times prior but painted in other manufacturer colors apparently.
