So, this is my first year bike commuting on this path...is it doable in the winter? I was really looking forward to biking all year...except for the big snow days. That underpass has me frightened a bit. I guess I can always cross at the light. Does Denver keep the paths plowed?
here in Madison Wi, the paths are sometimes cleaner than the streets!
yesterday I had to wait on the path because this miniature street cleaner was cleaning the path of whatever debris was on there.
the worst part of the paths in winter are the sidewalk/street intersections -- especially when the gutters melt/refreeze in a stickly mess
I'm on a 100% bike commuter mindset right now (sold my car - the wife uses the only other one) so I will see how tough I am. There is also a bus that runs by my door to the door at work
