Thanks guys, I think I got it. I did the old "stand on wood" thing and it went back in shape, well not entirely. You probably wouldn't even notice if I passed you.
The 'good' stay did push alittle in the same way as the bad, but it's all good. I just need to find a hub that's 110mm now, because this hub the way it sits now, not going to work Lol. It's a pain in the rear (literally!)

PS: And for that "bending stays by hand" for spacing problems, Ha! Maybe I wish I was that strong!
