I've seen them go for $26 on ebay and a no-bid starting below $10. I got a pair when flipping a Bianchi last month. I also have a Dura-Ace set on that came with my Paramount. I've seen the same ones going for $400 NOS on ebay.
I understand those special cleats use the Look pattern. I have some school Diadora shoes (cheap from Nashbar) with slots that fit over the rear pedal edge - those work well.
