Yah, not everyone is willing to do a bikedirect $300 bike; and even then you don't get brakes(which many ppl want). So if you ignore the internet vendors the cheapest way to get a nice SS/fixed is to go to CL; because any SS is going to be $500 or more in a bike shop.. So, I don't think $360 is outrageous for your bike; certainly on the high side for a conversion, but the bike looks good.
Those dropouts are short has hell though, but nothing you can do about it.. yah, careful how you mount your brakepads; they'll get shot out the front that way
PS: I loved your method of testing your ad; but the experiment is flawed in that the ppl on this forum are not your target audience. In general, the people here are looking for different things than run of the mill bike buyer.
