I'm sure. I broke my left arm when I was 12. Now my left arm is 1" shorter than my right. When I get fitted for a coat or a tux, I have to point this out and my sleeves are tailored to different lengths. I'm sure unproportions are more common than you think.
Also, on my bike, I have my handlebars set off center by a "wee" bit.
