Yes i dip the lights on the vehicles. However when it comes to cycling no bloody way. The way its set up now drivers move one lane over to pass then merge back in about 5o feet after they pass. Works for me.
Do you cycle in a city or only on country roads? In the city there isn't room to move over one lane.
