Coz IRD sucks. I tried to get a whole heap of their stuff for my own sample bike ( the one I just posted 'Big Boyz Steel' ) - and they pretty much told me everything I wanted to hear and then I never heard back from them. No point in having a good product if nobody knows about it or can't get it. I had the same problem with Rolf wheels. "Yes, we can deliver, we're just having administative problems at the moment. Drop me an email again on Friday". Again, nothing.

It sucks when you like someones product and you want to have some and get the word out there, and then they dick you around.
