I'm thinking:

Top: thin tank; LS thin jzy; thin vest
Bottom: Bib shorts OR knickers OR Bib shorts/leg warmers
Feet: toe warmers

Doubt can fit all following in rear pockets:
-vest
-leg warmers
-arm warmers
-toe warmers
