Go for the Rapha Team! I am glad you were treated well in Germany. My Aunt had a massive heart attack while visiting her son in England last Thurs. and they took very good care of her as well. She is a nurse/prof/dean and might write a book about the experience. Unfortunately she should have stayed at arms length to do the research
