http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=309371 but Moulton did. He notes that the suspended wheels were 1-2% *more* efficient than the big wheeled bikes. Of course, that is biased by MFR testing, so we are back to square 1. In the end, seems like there isn't much difference.
