Kopp's bicycle shop in princeton N.J. is a classic in itself.
alot of racers got there start there.
a 700c and 27 inch wheel/tire will look the same
(diameter) but a 650cc wheel/tire will have a smaller
diameter.
Alot of Tri specific bikes have very steep seat tube angles
thats one of the main differences between that and road frame.
I would think in 84 that they didn't have the steep angles yet.
