dude, 1" quality quill stems are all over the place, look at nitto's higher line. So let me get this straight, you have a 1" threadless now? if so just get a 1" threadless stem ie. cinelli alter. if you wanted to convert to threaded you would need to buy a new fork,headset, and stem. so just save some cash and stick with threadless if you like it.
