never been an issue in all the years I have had this card. It's on their end and the checkout process is on the cheezy side.
and the ignorant comment....well, that's rich considering I didn't see a CONTACT number to resolve the problem.

CC declination isn't at all uncommon. I've swiped numerous cards that get rejected, but work when I punch in the numbers manually. Depends on many things, including the clearing house etc. Often institutions providing cards put a single-charge or day limit on the cards without bothering to tell the cardholder.
