I recently replaced the tube in the rear wheel of my bike, and now the brakes tend to "stick" when they're pressed. I guess to be a bit more technical about it, the brakes actually stay in the braking position and the brake handle (shifter) stays loose as if they're stuck squeezing...

I wish I could explain this better, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
