What makes you so sure it's on the BD end and not the bank's or the network's? Did you call the bank to see if they had some kind of flag go up? Did you call the network company to see if they had a flag or a glitch?
I had a card declined because I did a lot of travelling in one week, and it threw a flag when the same credit card was getting charges in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Buttonwillow, and Fresno in a matter of days. I called the number on the back of the card and they verified that I had made the purchases and let me proceed with the pending transaction.
As a former cashier, it's amazing how many people argue like they know everything when they don't even know how the system works. Had a guy YELL at me that I didn't need to call Visa when my register said "call for authorization" saying that it had over $8000 available and that he was sure nobody had stolen his number. When I called, they asked to speak to him and he found out somebody had bought a few computers and he had less than $1000 left. Funny thing is, he still acted as if it was MY fault. lol
Sorry BD doesn't have a service phone number for you to call (that's something you have to consider before placing an order), but unless you already called the number on your credit card and asked about that SPECIFIC transaction, you are indeed ignorant. Sorry but it's true.
