I would use the seat on my Metric more, but it's just a piece of plastic and it hurts so bad I have to stand all of the time. I guess it's a trade-off between comfort and weight. And I think sometime soon I'm going to buy a new seat. I don't want a really heavy seat, definitely not over 12 oz, but I do want something that I can sit down on for at least a little while.
