Hey all, I could use some pointers, tips and general directions on a couple things.

First, I want to reverse my brakes.(right = front) but am having issues as to how to get the cables out. I'm assuming I just swap cable/housing from one to the other? The hoods are off and the cables are disengaged from the calipers but now i'm stuck...

Secondly, I purchased some Vittoria clinchers for my open pros..right now I have what came with the bike-wtb all terrain..I can take those off/on but for the life of me I can't get these new ones on.
