Who do you deal with there? I was shopping for a bike and I got a high school kid trying to convince me to buy a Trek 1600 (1500?) because that's what he rides and it's really good.
I have gotten excellent service from their repair department though.
This was my first time going there in person. The road bike specialist is "Jamie," an older European gentleman. He wasn't particularly friendly, but he was helpful.
The service guy who mounted the cassette, new chain, etc. seemed really good and competent. I wish I had gotten his name.
