I'm using a stem adapter, (cause I've got one) just put it in the lathe and put some sand paper on it. Only took a minute as you only need to remove .1mm all around.

I have this stem to use

Like I said, it's a budget build so I'm using what I got to build it very cheep!

Dude, you live in Utah! You would have to ship the parts to me and there would be the chance that I would damage your components. No guarantee. I think you could find a machine shop somewhere out there where you live and put them to work.
