All will make some difference.

I am assuming you are not in great shape, no hills and a modest, not fast bike.

I go five miles on our trail system in about 18 minutes.

Some folks (and I would guess you) take about 30 minutes.

Just depends! If you do this regularly you will get faster quickly.

Good luck with your biking!
Wind?

Wind makes a HUGE difference in addition to the other things mentioned. Wind, terrain and the type of bike you are riding will make the biggest difference unless you are in REALLY bad shape. I usually average in the 14 mph range for my daily Mountain Bike trips in the country. I usually ride 20-25 miles and it can take anywhere between 1hr 20 minutes to 1hr 45 minutes depending usually on the wind.
