ANSI vest, Take-a-Look eyeglass mirror, slo moving vehicle triangle on left back pannier, PB Superflash on, all the time.

Sometimes I'm using TWO slo-mo vehicle triangles.

I saw one other cyclotourist this summer in an ANSI vest. along the Hood Canal, riding between shade & sun. He really stood out from a distance.

choosing to NOT use safety enhancers like bright clothing, mirrors or ANSI vests, when they are easy and conveinent to use, is puzzling. why not give yourself as much safety margin you can out there?
