I am the bike maintainance officer for my PD bike patrol unit. We have 4 Joe Blows and they work well and we have had no problems with them for the last 4 years. We have one of the new Park pumps and it is the worst pump I have ever used, which is suprising since all the other Park tools have been great. The best floor pump I have ever used is the Specialized Air Comp. Its what the LBS uses and suggested when my old Blackburn gave out 4 years ago. I love that pump.
