I have never had anything run into the trail. Mostly, the animals are at lower elevations, and there are not many walkers on the upper part of this trail, as it is a pretty stiff climb - up to some 12% grades, or thereabouts! However, there are more peds and kids on the last two miles nearing Frisco.
