I've had 2 airzounds and the same thing has happened to both of them: all I get when I press down on the trigger is an air sound. I don't know what happens, but after I fill them up the 3rd or 4th time, I can't get any more sound out of it. I spoke to the folks who make the Air Zound about this. Usually water or some other contaminant gets on the membrane of the horn. To fix the problem unscrew the large dial from the at the back of the 'trigger' dissemble, clean, and reassemble. It worked for me.
