I am an atheist (always had serious doubts about god, atleast the way it was presented by christianity, islam etc, ever since I can remember) and I have kept my beliefs private for a long time. Lately (looking at all the stuff going on around the world in the name of god) I am less convinced that atheists/agnostics should just keep it to themselves and let the god beleivers run amock. Cannot afford to be apathetic and let history repeat itself. But then again, this forum is really not the right place for that.
