Black Widows are great cranks, but it looks like those have led a rough life. Anyway, you need a crank puller, like the Park CCP-4 (~$15). Or get a bike shop to do it.

My only set of Widows has a completely different style of bottom bracket. Is that aluminum clip on the left side threaded onto the spindle? If not, remove the retainer bolt, slip a penny into the slot and thread the retainer bolt in backwards. Should spread it out easily.
