I just STI'd a red 1991 RB-1 but haven't been able to ride it due to back injury. That nice looking green/white on ebay looks like it hasn't been built before.
As for Paramounts, I'd say anything older than '88 are good. When the PDG (Paramount Design Group) was added to the name, I think that's when everything came down with all those OS tubes.
