I have to agree with lvleph. I think mine was made by the guy in training who was just promoted from the janitorial staff. Or maybe his left eye is lower than his right making all his work look like a Dali painting. Not only are the welds chunky and cheap but the seat stays are not level. The left is much lower than the right and if I put my wheel all the way into the drop-outs the wheel touches the left chainstay which is fine if you don't mind riding like a labrador with hip displacia runs.
