You have had 3 spinal surgeries? I will not try to beat you on this one...you win!
While riding (20-30 miles) I am OK, it's afterwards that the discomfort and pain comes into play.
Extreme numbness, pain, tingling in my legs which goes right down to my feet.
I don't complain and I don't care. I hate when people ask me how am I doing...I say just fine and you should not care.
90% of the people don't give a sh$#, and the other 10% are glad you have the problem. I also don't wallow in self pity, I just ride my bike.
