Bikes: Salsa Mamasita, Salsa Vaya, plenty of junkers.

i would say the lbs sold her the wrong bike. you can get a flat bar pilot or 7.6 fx wsd from trek that would be much more suitable for her. see if you can trade it for something that will be more compatible with her neck issues.
